  • Customers can expect a response within one hour of their request.
  • Estimates within 24 hours (or when promised).
  • We will understand customer expectations and effectively communicate them to production.
  • We will notify customers of alteration charges and schedule changes.
  • We will return all customer property.
  • We will ensure packaging and packing lists are to our customer’s expectations.
  • We will deliver to the right location.
  • We will complete color proofs within 24 hours (or when promised).
  • If there are issues with a job, we will discuss them with the customer prior to delivery.
  • Customer items which are stored in our warehouse will be shipped within 24 hours of their request.
  • We will enter and preflight jobs within 2 hours of receipt, and plan jobs within 4 hours.
