Health, Prescription, Dental and Vision Benefits
Provided by Anthem. Company pays 65% of premiums for single, employee/spouse and family coverage. Benefits are available following 30 days of employment.
Life Insurance
Full Court Press pays life insurance premium for an amount equal to employee's annual salary. Benefits are available the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
Short-Term Disability
Available through AFLAC. Pays 60% of base salary for up to six months in the event of disability.
Holidays
Employees are entitled to 8 paid holidays per year after being employed for 90 days.
Vacation
After 1 year: 1 week plus 3 personal days
After 2 years: 2 weeks plus 3 personal days
After 3 years: 3 weeks plus 3 personal days
Stock Appreciation Rights
Stock appreciation rights for all employees. Employees are vested after 5 years. The benefit is based on the value of the stock when granted versus the value at the time an employee decides to cash it out. Eligible upon hire.
401(k) Retirement Plan
Employees become eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan following one year of employment. Administered through OneAmerica. Employees can contribute up to 15% of salary. Fully vested after six years.
Tuition Reimbursement
Full-time active employees are eligible for the Educational Assistance Program after completing one year of continuous service. Employees may continue their education while carrying on their normal work and be reimbursed by Full Court Press for a portion of the educational expense.
