How do I know if my project should print digitally or conventionally?


Options for printing your project at SPG Graphics are limitless. A general rule of thumb is if a 2-page form prints with a quantity of 7500 or less, it will print most economically on our digital press. Your sales executive and customer service representative will always work with you on gaining the most efficiencies and economical solutions for printing your project.


What is the best way to submit my file for print?


PDF (portable document format) format will ensure that all components of your file, transfer correctly without corruption. We encourage you to submit a PDF whenever possible. Our Prepress Department is available to help walk you through the process or answer any questions you have on submitting your files. All files are preflighted to ensure proper reproduction.

Can I see my project on press?


Not only do we offer press checks for your project, we encourage you to come in and tour our facility. We are "hands on" print professionals and enjoy when our clients are involved in the process as well. Understanding how your project gets from idea to completion is a wonderful learning experience for people at every level of their profession. How quickly can I expect my job?


On average, we turn your proofs 24 hours after your job has been initiated. Once you have approved the proofs, your project should deliver in 3-4 business days. You can track the progress of your job with our myHPG software without ever leaving your desk or picking up the phone. Whether you are printing a 2-color business card or a 96-page annual report, every job matters to us. We will work closely with you to deliver within your time frame.
